Dear Family Therapy Patients,
Your health and safety and that of our staff remain our highest concern. As a center based rehabilitation practice, our cleaning, and sanitization measures have always exceeded national standards. This includes sanitizing each treatment room after every patient with hospital grade disinfectant and the use of HEPA filtration in our air delivery system (HVA/C) . Whats more, we just recently sanitized the HVA/C system by removing supply grills and cleaning the vents inside by vacuuming and brushing them. Lastly we also applied a botanical disinfectant to kill mold, bacteria and/or mildew.
Due to COVID-19, we have added additional procedures and protocols to ensure the highest level of safety at our office as we near our Phase 1 Re-Opening.
- All of our Therapists and staff will wear masks, gloves, and other appropriate protective equipment.
- All patients will be pre-screened for COVID-19 symptoms before arriving for their visit.
- All providers, staff, and patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at the entrance of our office and given a temperature check with a “no-touch” thermometer.
- All primary care givers/parents will be required to wear a mask or face covering and gloves.
- There will be no more than 3 clients in the entire facility at one time. Patients will be admitted one at a time, and be brought directly to the treatment room.
- Social distancing measures will be enforced.
- All of our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and after each treatment session.
- Additionally, we will be sanitizing the entire facility 3 times a week with hospital grade Disinfectant.
- Daily UV light sanitation treatment will be used in the Waiting Room and all Treatment Rooms at the end of the day.
- When possible, we will use telehealth sessions for new patient consultations and routine follow up visits.
